Return & Refund Policy
After purchasing our product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and the amount will get refunded in your bank account / original payment method.
We have a 15- day Return/Exchange Policy, which means you can exchange or return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received the product. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, 'your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' & 'It must be in the original packaging and the tags should be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Amount Credit
Once we receive the package, and inspect the return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will initiate the payment to your bank account/ original payment mode. The amount will get refunded in your bank account within 15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Pick up
We will arrange for the pickup from your location (as per your address details available with us); however, pickup will be done only for once. For the same order, more than once return / exchange pick up is not eligible.
Heavy Discount/Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items and items with discount Upto 50% on MRP may be accepted for return or exchange. Unfortunately, Heavy discount/sale items ( Items with more than 50% discount on MRP ) neither can be returned nor they can be exchanged for another item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you have ordered a wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mairoz.activewear@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like inner wear products like bras, panties, etc due to hygiene issues. Please get in touch with us, if you have any critical concerns about your specific item, we will surely try to sort it out.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift cards or heavy sale items (products sold on higher discount of more than 50% on MRP)
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
