Shipping Policy

Once your purchase of selected products is complete, your orders begin to process. We know you might be eager and super excited to have a feel of your products at earliest. Stay relaxed and trust our large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation, if the item purchased is available in stock and it will be delivered within 7-14 working days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We offer free shipping on all orders. ( subject to minimum order value of 999/- )
The delivery time will vary depending on where you stay.
We’ll keep you updated on the order status every step of the way via Email/SMS/WhatsApp. You will receive the order tracking link on email/SMS/WhatsApp after your order is placed.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at activewear@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives in damaged condition in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If shipping charges are charged on purchase, the same shall not be refunded in case the product is returned.
Presently, we provide shipping service/ delivery to destinations within India only, we don’t ship internationally.
